ARMED SECURITY INSTRUCTION AND PILB CERTIFICATION

This two-day course is offered each Wednesday and Thursday to obtain PILB certification to work as an armed security officer in Nevada. The cost of the course is $99. Students must have duty gear and firearm to participate. 150 rounds of ammo are required. You can bring your own or purchase this from us. Also a $25 money order is required payable to the PILB.

WHITE CARD SHOOTING QUALIFICATIONS

Armed security personnel may qualify on our indoor shooting range with their duty firearm and gear while supervised by one of our PILB-certified instructors. The first qualification attempt is $25. Thirty rounds of ammunition are required during the qualification. NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY. You can bring your own ammo or purchase a 50 round box from us. Also a $5 money order payable to the PILB is required.

HOW MUCH AMMO DO I NEED FOR QUALIFICATIONS?

Security officers need 150 rounds of ammunition and three ammo magazines for their pistol to complete the shooting requirements on the range. You may purchase range ammunition or bring your own.
