Return Policy

With customer satisfaction a high priority at DFA/MGE, we regard your satisfaction with the highest priority – we want your experience with us to be awesome! 

With that in mind, please read the following information about our return policy:

  1. All ammunition sales are final.
  2. All warranties are provided by the product’s manufacturer. Discount Firearms/Discount Tactical will gladly assist with warranty issues; if you have a problem please email or call:  info@DiscountFirearmsUSA.com or 702-567-1158.
  3. Any returned items must be unfired or unused and in the exact condition in which it was shipped to you or your dealer. This includes packaging/boxes and accessories. Returns must first be authorized by Discount Firearms/Discount Tactical.  Any items sent back without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number will be refused. Any firearm return must include a photo copy of the front and rear of your Driver License. Any firearm that is sent back without a RMA# and Photo ID will be surrendered to the ATF. All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee . There are no returns on items 10 days after the recorded delivery date.
  4. All returned items must have an RMA#, which is assigned by Discount Firearms/Discount Tactical. If you have an issue please email info@DiscountFirearmsUSA.com with your contact info , reason for wanting to return the item and your original order number . Upon review of the information, we will contact you to discuss your return. We will refuse any returns that have not be authorized and include a RMA #.
  5. You will need to write the RMA # on the exterior of the box next to the shipping label . All shipments must be double-boxed .There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items unless otherwise discussed.
  6. Shipping fees are nonrefundable and Discount Firearms/Discount Tactical will not pay for shipping on returned items.
  7. Any item or shipment shortages must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery. Please email this information so we have documentation with a time & date stamp. Any items returned that do not have the problem which was reported will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  8. If there is an authorized return you will be emailed return shipping instructions.
  9. For firearm transfers, please put the contact information for the receiving dealer in the Notes section upon Checkout. 
  10. Online orders for in-store pick-up must be picked-up within 7 days of receipt of the email that the order is ready.  After 7 days, the order will be cancelled and subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. 
Cancelled or changed orders will incur a $25.00 fee, even if they have not shipped out and reported within 3 days of order. Any orders cancelled after 3 days will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee if the order has not shipped.  Please make sure you are committed to your purchase prior to completing the online order.

Orders that have shipped out and are then changed will be subject to shipping fees both ways and a 20% re-stocking fee.
